I love your ideas for interviews, but we are told to interview companionships together whenever possible. How can I adapt your suggestions when two people are present? These questions seem too personal when another person is there, but I would love to have that type of meaningful interview. Thanks for a great podcast.
In my quorum, we hold two types of interviews. The first one is the traditional quarterly ministering companionship interview where both are present. The other is the one-on-one annual interview I hold with each member of my quorum. This second one is very well suited for the type of format and discussion described.
I have taken lots of notes from this interview. Is there any way to get this interview in printed form? That would be so great!
You mentioned the Gallup StrengthsFinder – does it really cost $50 per person? And it needs to be done before doing the Claiming Your Contributions webinar?
I think you can find discounts for the Gallup CliftonStrengths – StrengthsFinder 2.0 around on the internet. It really is a powerful tool. You may be able to follow a similar structure if there were previous work done to determine the individual’s strengths.
